Adler Cavalieri is a renovated hotel
placed in the core of the old town of Florence, right in a street named
Via Della Scala, one of the oldest access roads to Florence central.
Hotel's structure was erected on the original ground works a convent
belonging to the 14th century. The name of the street where the hotel is
located is due to the facing hospital of Santa Maria Della Scala.
The hotel is located within a stone's throw of Santa Maria Novella
railway station and close to Fortezza da Basso fairground and congress
area. |
Florence key attractions are all within easy walking distance from the
hotel and in just few minutes its guests can reach: the Duomo, Piazza
della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti, Santa Croce and many
historic sites on the hills of the city.
Present Hotel is set in a sophisticated and entirely refurbished palace
of the 19th century.
The meticulous attention paid to every detail of its frescoed interiors,
such as furnishings in an ancient Florence taste, decors in marble and
wood along with up-to-date technologies and facilities in all the shared
spaces and guest rooms, will guarantee a comfortable and enchanting

Garden Terrace: during the spring and summertime, guests have the
chance of listening to music, tasting cocktails and aperitifs within the
space of the terrace-solarium provided with an American Bar and
sheltered by a green hanging garden, far away from the chaos of the
city.
Adler Wine Bar: guests will taste aperitifs, local wines and
palatable appetizers at the Adler Wine Bar, late closing. Barman’s
specialities: Cavalier cocktail, Paradise cocktail, La Primavera
cocktail. A la carte snacks are available for lunch and dinner.
Conference area: the hotel provides 2 elegant meeting rooms, Sala Arcadia (35 persons) and Sala Agorà that can be arranged for 75 seats, equipped with audio-video facility. Coffee breaks, business brunches and grand dinners can be organized.
Parking: an indoor/outdoor garage service is at guests' disposal
for charge (subject to availability).
